Exceptions / non-returnable items

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

We stand behind our products 100%, and work with the best manufacturers in Turkey to produce the highest quality textiles that will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. In that case, please contact our Customer Service team.

(Note: Please be aware that most Coastal Turkish Towels items are hand-loomed, meaning occasional variances in color-way and size may occur, along with other loom inconsistencies. This is normal and to be expected with the nature of hand-made, loomed products. We recommend washing on cool + hang drying. Please note washers with agitators can cause items to wear quicker.)

• Please include packing slip with return orders

• Items returned unopened/ unwashed within 14 days, eligible for full refund.
• Items returned unopened/ unwashed after 30 days, will incur a 20% restocking fee. Items that are weathered in anyway do to in store storage as samples or display items are not eligible for restocking.
• Items are not eligible for any Coastal Turkish Towels return policies after 30 days without approval.

• Items are not illegible for any Coastal Turkish Towels return policies after 14 days without store manager approval.
• Items returned to Coastal Turkish Towels without store manager approval after 14 days, are not eligible for refunds.

• Final Sale, Moving Sale, and Liquidation Sale items adhere to our no returns, no exchanges policy.
• Inventory reduction/clearance items are final sale. Slight imperfections may apply. Do not purchase if you expect 100% quality. 

To return an item, please send the unused items with the packing slip, and return, or exchange instructions to the below address. Refunds for eligible returned merchandise will be processed within 10 business days of our warehouse receiving your return.
